Repair underside of concrete slab at southeast corner of upper floor structure. 4. Investigate upper floor structure along south wall to determine extent of joist corrosion and slab deterioration to determine if additional repairs are required. 5. Repair slab on ground as required to eliminate tripping hazards. 6. Verify that steel channel reinforcement was installed over wall openings in the east wall per a 1990 building assessment report. 7. Determine infill type material at north wall opening lower level, and if not CMU, replace infill with CMU. 8. Evaluate and repair northern most steel joist on upper floor structure and replace as needed. 9.
