All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor must provide and maintain a web-based Idaho-specific Child Support calculator application via API/web-service connection and must ensure the following specifications are delivered. The application must: 1. Account for all necessary client data and personal information uploaded during the API Call, in order to accurately calculate Idaho Child Support payment amounts. 2. Be accessible to Department users via API/web-service connection during the Department’s normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except state holidays. (A listing of Idaho holidays is available at: https://www.idaho.gov/government/state-holidays/.) 3. Provide real-time results to Department users. 4. Integrate with the Department’s Child Support System currently used which includes MIA and Nexi. 5. Adhere to a rigorous security, reliability and uptime standards. 6. Contain a sandbox-type testing environment for development, fixes, and testing. 7. Allow up to fifty (50) Department users simultaneously making API Calls for Child Support calculations. 8. Have the ability to customize the API/web-service connection to the Department’s internal system specifications. 9. Be able to return data/calculations through the API/web service integrated into the Child Support System UI. 10. Report usage metrics and provide the metrics to the Department on the monthly invoice. The usage metrics must include, but not be limited to: a. The total number of Department API Calls made each month (See Section D, Reports for further details.) 11. Allow client data to be input directly by Department staff.
