Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated §22-9-203 Benton County encourages all qualified small, minority, and women-owned businesses to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, Benton County encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women-owned businesses. RFB’s shall be submitted in sealed envelopes labeled 2023 Emergency Management Half Ton PPV Truck with the name and address of the Bidder. RFB’s shall be submitted in accordance with the attached Benton County specifications and RFB documents attached hereto. Each Bidder is required to fill in every blank and shall supply all information requested; failure to do so may be used as basis of rejection.
