Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Adjutant General's Department (AGD) has facilities located in Topeka, Wichita, Kansas City, KS, and Salina. It also has armories located in several communities throughout the state of Kansas. The Agency is seeking On-Call Contractors specializing in HVAC repairs and services to include service & repair of hot water boilers, geothermal systems, and chillers. Six (6) State Districts have been established with (AGD) facilities located within each region. Bidders may elect to bid on one, all, or any combination of the six districts of the state as defined by the Kansas Department of Transportation District Map (Districts 1-6 as outlined by KDOT.) Contractor(s) will meet the following requirements: Provide a service tech to service, repair, and install commercial HVAC components/systems to include hot water boilers, geothermal systems, and chillers. After hours Services Knowledgeable staff to assist AGD staff in troubleshooting problems Provide an hourly rate for services and pricing discounts Provide company history Technicians must be trained, licensed, or certified
