Specifications include, but are not limited to: Add Glycol to Hydronic System in E & F Dorm – Winfield Correctional Facility 1) Labor, equipment and chemical to flush and clean the hot/chill water closed loops. 2) Labor, equipment and purified water to purge the closed loops. 3) Labor, equipment and chemical to add a 30% inhibited propylene glycol solution to the closed loop. 4) GFA 50-1-1 Automatic Glycol Feeder 5) Stainless Steel Bag filter, complete with 6 bags, 3 total 1 for each loop 6) Written water analysis of the closed loop upon completion. 7) Installation of a 1.5-inch tap on the suction and discharge side of each loop 8) Labor to clean any relevant strainers. 9) Installation of a 1.5-inch tap on the domestic water line for flushing the closed loops. 10) Labor and equipment to install one glycol feeder. 11) Labor and equipment to install the 3 bag filter bodies 12) Insulation on all taps and piping added. 13) chemical added to balance system chemistry
