Office needs to be in a centralized/location in Central Northeast Heights Albuqerque; South of Tramway, West of Tramway, North of Candelaria and, East of Louisiana'2. Breakroom/kitchen-full sized fridge w/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and sink with cabinets. Seating space for a minimum of 10 people. 3. Conference room/Large that accommodates a minimum of 20 people. Must be a separate space with doors that close for confidentiality. Must have phone and internet access. 4. Seating for up to 25 people in the Lobby Area. They lobby area will also need space for shelving for brochures and pamphlets. 5. Restrooms 2 unisex public restrooms with changing tables. 6. Restrooms 2 unisex private staff restrooms 7. Restroom 1 unisex private. Toilet and sink only. Must have a pass-through window to lab for specimens. 8. Telecom/IT private. Temperature controlled locking/badge access for servers and other tech equipment. 9. Copy/mailroom private with locking/badge access door, internet, and phone connection. 10. Classroom/auditorium. Private space that accommodates a minimum of 20 people.
