Seating for up to 25 people in the Lobby Area. They lobby area will also need space for shelving for brochures and pamphlets. 5. Restrooms 2 unisex public restrooms with changing tables. 6. Restrooms 2 unisex private staff restrooms 7. Restroom 1 unisex private. Toilet and sink only. Must have a pass-through window to lab for specimens. 8. Telecom/IT private. Temperature controlled locking/badge access for servers and other tech equipment. 9. Copy/mailroom private with locking/badge access door, internet, and phone connection. 10. Classroom/auditorium. Private space that accommodates a minimum of 20 people.
