Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Johnson County Community College (JCCC) has been using one system for both Campus Identification (ID) Cards and Point of Sale (POS) services since 2008. JCCC is obtaining information about cloud-based products, services and solutions including managed service options for system(s) with the following services: ID cards, Access Control, Point of Sale, Menu Management and Inventory Management. JCCC would also like to get an idea on solutions, costs, and resource requirements for the project, based on capabilities, ie, approximate cost for each capability. The ID card is used by students, staff and faculty to access academic resource centers, fitness facility, to purchase food in the 5 on-campus locations and 28 vending machines across the campus. The ID card system pulls data from the JCCC Banner system and interfaces with the Point-of-Sale (POS) system used by the JCCC-operated campus dining locations.
