Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Office of Purchasing & Contracting (hereinafter the “State”) seeks to establish a contract with a qualified Architectural and/or Engineering firm to provide architectural and engineering design services for The Windham District Courthouse Reroof & Miscellaneous Building Improvements project at 30 Putney Road, Brattleboro, VT. Interested firms are invited to bid on providing architectural/engineering design services described in Section 2 of this RFP. The scope of services for this project shall include, Schematic Design, Permitting, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiation, and Construction Administration. Interested firms are invited to bid on providing architectural/engineering design services described in Section 2 of this RFP. Located in Brattleboro at 30 Putney Road, the Windham District Court was constructed in 1984. The building is approximately 21,000 Sq ft consisting of two stories with a small penthouse on the roof level. The structure includes steel framing, precast concrete, and a brick shell. The existing roofing is metal standing seam batten roof and four sections of flat roof consisting of a rubber roof membrane.
