Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Request for Bid is to establish an indefinite quantity Price Agreement for the purchase and delivery of propane to various locations upon request on an as-needed basis and to provide propane tank installation services, mercury tests, inspections and service of all propane appliances. Delivery will be to 17 locations. The Contractor agrees to deliver the product ordered under all circumstances including but not limited to, periods of propane shortage and/or allocation. The Propane (Liquid Petrified Gas LPG) furnished must meet or exceed industry standards for LPG composition. The County reserves the right to “spot” test propane to verify compliance. Deliveries and/or payment may be refused if the quality is unacceptable. All costs for testing shall be paid by the Contractor.
