Specifications include, but are not limited to: In conjunction with HITAC and the NDHIN, the offeror will provide: a. Subject matter expertise in Health Information Technology (HIT) and Health Information Exchange (HIE), b. Subject matter expertise in specific healthcare provider markets as indicated in General items listed below, c. Subject matter expertise in public health d. Define operational and technology requirements, e. Evaluate and identify technology solutions, f. Build and maintain interoperability, g. Manage implementations, and h. Assist in any procurement strategies and RFP development. i. Assist with preparation of funding requests (such as grants and Implementation Planning Documents) j. Assist with CMS certification of public health information systems k. Educating stakeholders on the NDHIN and it service offering, l. Assisting prospective stakeholders with the contracting process and assist with on-boarding m. Coordinating with stakeholder’s usage of the system to meet meaningful use, n. Conducting technical assessments, o. Integrating the NDHIN services into their daily workflows, p. Assisting stakeholders connecting to the NDHIN. This may entail working with stakeholders directly or with their EHR vendors to ensure interfaces and other technology are completed in a timely manner. q. Conducting in-depth environmental scan of EHR’s and information systems utilized by stakeholders
