Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this procurement is to ensure that 1-2 new ASAM level residential facilities for men are fully operational by August 1, 2023. Therefore, the state seeks proposals with full financial plans for both the start-up and the first year of service provision (staff, supplies, equipment, necessary furniture, and accessories, etc.) for each facility, and all identified policies and procedures in relationship to service and location. The long-term goals associated with this initiative is to reduce overdoses, hospitalizations due to substance use disorders (SUD) and other negative consequences of substance misuse/dependency to expand access to quality SUD services. The intermediate outcome is to reduce the use of substances among the individuals served and to ensure access to an all gender specific ASAM level of care as needed.
