Specifications include, but are not limited to: MULTIPLE ENTRIES Bidders may offer more than one brand/model that meets or exceeds the minimum functional requirements. However, bear in mind that lowest price will dictate the winning solution among qualifying bid offers. For each model offered, please submit device specifications, any proposed optional accessories and pricing. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE MULTIFUNCTION PRINTER 1) It must be sheetfed. 2) It must form images on paper by toner electrophotography. 3) It must include all parts, boards and internal software necessary to perform all of its specified functions. 4) It must be able to print and photocopy at the minimum speed specified, or faster. 5) It must offer the minimum monthly duty cycle specified, or higher. 6) It must offer the minimum print resolution specified, or higher. 7) It must be capable of duplex printing. 8) It must be able to print without difficulty on recycled paper having 30% postconsumer waste content. NH State law requires the use of 30% PCW content in printing papers whenever possible. 9) The device, including all subsystems and parts, must be brand new. No demos, refurbished, remanufactured or used equipment allowed. 10) It must be a stable model that has been user-proven in the United States’ market for at least one year. 11) It must not be a discontinued model no longer in production at the time of bid submission. 12) It must be Energy Star® compliant, must automatically go into power saving mode when the printer has not been active for 10 minutes and must automatically power back up when sensing user interaction. 13) It must be provided with a dedicated ESP Power Manager or comparable electrical power conditioner of sufficient capacity to protect against surges and other power disturbances.
