The ability to customize compliance statuses or labels as required to meet the City's unique regulations on short-term rentals (STR). 3. The ability to notify groups of existing property owners of enforcement and compliance issues via email, with a record of whether they received and opened the email. 4. The ability to create an unlimited amount of custom letter templates for outreach to specific groups of property owners. 5. The ability to include evidence of rental activity in emailed notification letters to property owners. 6. Software should save all notification history and have the ability to segment properties by notification counts and letter type in order to escalate through the City's non-compliant outreach process. 7. Shall have the ability to identify the advertised minimum length of stay so the listing can be categorized as a long-term rental in accordance with the City's unique local ordinance definition of a long-term rental. 8. The ability to identify the property management company or host associated with the property rental. 9. Shall have knowledge of the City’s municipal codes related to property rentals, including the STR Ordinance, business license requirements, accommodation taxes, and any additional fee requirements.
