Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) The City of Little Rock is seeking to procure products and/or services for the Housing Department. b) This Quick Quote (QQ) is being issued for the following products and/or services: i) The City of Little Rock Board of Directors has authorized the emergency removal of deteriorated/dilapidated structures from within the city limits. These structures are unsafe and dangerous thereby endangering the community and neighborhoods surrounding them. In many cases, these dwellings and/or structures are in an advanced state of deterioration that occupancy cannot be permitted. The owners of these properties have received proper legal notice to either rehabilitate or remove the structures themselves.
