Specifications include, but are not limited to: Procuring Natural Gas Fuel for the Facility; • Managing available Natural Gas Fuel transportation through the purchase, resale, and scheduling of Natural Gas Fuel transportation, utilizing KCBPU firm capacity on KPC pipeline in a manner designed to maximize the profitability of such Natural Gas Fuel transportation; • Scheduling, in accordance with the Operating and Dispatch Procedures, the delivery of Natural Gas Fuel to the Facility; • Coordinating scheduling and balancing (including, daily and hourly) with suppliers, transporters and storage providers of Natural Gas Fuel in a manner that minimizes imbalance costs; and • Accepting appointment as Owner’s agent for performance of the Natural Gas Fuel Transportation Agreements and other services as may be agreed to in writing by the parties from time-to-time.
