Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will perform janitorial services at law enforcement offices, consisting of: 1.2.1. Vacuum carpeted areas; dust offices, conference rooms, desks, counters, window sills, window blinds and other flat surfaces; empty trash containers; wash interior and exterior windows; shampoo carpets; clean light fixtures; clean and sanitize rest rooms, showers, locker rooms, sink areas, cabinets and telephones. 1.2.2. Clean and dust photocopiers, printers, shredders and computers. 1.2.3. Successful contractor will supply all labor, equipment and cleaning agents, except where stated otherwise. 1.2.4. Total building area requiring janitorial services is approximately 33,060 square feet.
