Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Public Works (DPW), Parks, Recreation, and Cemetery Division (PRC) recognizes the need for improvements to the Bass Island Park’s river banks with work including but not limited to: 1. Amend the Bass Island Park Peninsula and boat ramp erosion areas. 2. Install erosion prevention measures to prevent further erosion of Bass Island Park by the Piscataquog River. 3. Create an annual preventative maintenance plan for PRC to perform ongoing proactive measures. The plan should include but not be limited to a checklist, estimated budget, suggested schedule, required personnel, including their quantities and skills, and predicted length of time for each practice to be completed.
