All four corners shall be anchored to resist movement 36” wide door and lever handle hardware with an exterior landing and stairs to grade (7” max riser, 11” min. tread) with handrails on both sides and guards, as required (door location shall be field located to facilitate grading as approved by the Director of P&R).
