Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Administrative Office of State Courts (the “AOSC”) is seeking a company (the “Contractor” or “Vendor”) to provide refuse and recycling collection and disposal services for all court locations (the Licht Judicial Complex, the Garrahy Judicial Complex, the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal, the Noel Judicial Complex, the McGrath Judicial Complex, and the Murray Judicial Complex), as well as the Fogarty Judicial Annex, for a five (5) year period from January 2023 thru December 2028; The Judiciary reserves the right to award this solicitation to a single vendor or multiple vendors depending on bid responses. Vendors may submit a proposal to provide services for either recycling or refuse collection, or both. The Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, maintenance, and services for the complete removal of waste and recycling from all Judicial buildings. The Vendor shall provide and maintain all the containers, vehicles, and equipment for the locations listed below. The Vendor shall identify staff and/or subcontractors proposed as members of the team, and the duties, responsibilities and concentration of effort which apply to the vendors’ organization.
