Specifications include, but are not limited to: Grant County and HMS are requesting bids to accomplish the following objectives with an ultimate deliverable of a comprehensive plan to guide our agencies from our current state to scoped service delivery. Plan, design, construct, equip and furnish Tu Casa facility to: Establish Tu Casa as the leading crisis intervention/ stabilization center in Grant County, NM. Reopen crisis intervention/ stabilization center with a financially sustainable staffing model that meets New Mexico state licensing/certification requirements. Reinstate social detox service as part of its crisis intervention/ stabilization services. Develop a comprehensive implementation plan for opening a 14-day stabilization unit that builds upon social detox and crisis intervention services. Identify costs associated with implementation of opening a 14-day stabilization unit. Ensure the crisis intervention/ stabilization center operating model is financially sustainable based on local demographics and New Mexico Medicaid reimbursement guidelines.
