New Drywall Services • Install correct type and thickness of drywall to rough framing in house and garage using drywall screws of the correct type, size and coverage as specified by building code and in accordance with manufactures recommendations. • Fire tape drywall no texture (garage areas) • Mud and tape wall joints and corners in sufficient layers to provide a seamless smooth wall surface. • Apply square wall corners, rounded window corners • Apply “orange peel” spray texture in a uniform manor to all house walls and ceilings Repair services Provide repair services to include but not limited to the following: • Removing and disposing of sections of unserviceable drywall • Install new drywall in repaired areas • Repair, patch and match texture on drywall cracks or other imperfections as directed
