Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work of the architectural firm shall include, but not limited to:●Preparation of construction documents for the renovation and expansion project, whichwill include specifications for construction details and materials.●Preparation, solicitation and management of the bid process for a construction firm,including preparation of the bid documents to be sent out to potential contractors forpricing. The documents must include an advertisement for the bids, instructions tobidders, the bid form, bid documents, the owner-contractor agreement, and any otherdocuments or materials necessary for successful price bids.●Preparation, solicitation and management of the bid process for other firms that arenecessary for completion of the project, including preparation of the bid documents to besent out to potential contractors for pricing. The documents must include anadvertisement for the bids, instructions to bidders, the bid form, bid documents, theowner-contractor agreement, and any other documents or materials necessary forsuccessful price bids.●Assist the owner in evaluating the bid, selecting the winning bid and preparing the formalletter of intent that would allow construction and other work subject to the biddingprocess to begin. These services will also include making a recommendation for selectionto the Otter Creek Child Center, Inc. board of directors.●Provide construction administration services which will include helping the contractor to seek permitting and build the project as specified in the construction drawings asapproved by the owner
