Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Coaching and Peer Learning Communities that enable educators to create data-driven, student-centered classrooms; 2. Needs-based professional learning opportunities for mathematics and English language arts teachers and administrators that support effective use of benchmark assessment data to inform classroom, building, and system level decision-making (e.g., how data informs district-level/building-level teams, curricula, needs-based professional learning, CIPs); 3. Coaching for sustainability (building internal capacity to scale across a school/system) that supports the development of mentor teachers, school change agents, for up to 30 schools; 4. Evaluations to determine the efficacy of professional learning for teachers and leaders while ensuring that student-facing outcomes remain a primary focus; and 5. Both synchronous and asynchronous professional learning opportunities that take place at least twelve times over the course of a fiscal year.
