Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids for the Rehabilitation Environmental Action Plan (REAP) Pollution Prevention Open Dump Program (PPOD), to establish an open-end contract for removal of illegal open dumps and waste tire piles for the Northern Region of West Virginia. Contracts may be awarded to up to three (3) Vendors for the Northern PPOD District to ensure coverage of, and availability for, the following counties: Barbour, Brooke, Doddridge, Gilmer, Hancock, Harrison, Lewis, Marshall, Marion, Monongalia, Ohio, Pleasants, Ritchie, Taylor, Tyler, and Wetzel (See Map - Attachment A). Maximum project expenditures shall not exceed $25,000 per project.
