Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide Vendor hosted Cloud Solution (Base System) 2. Provide detailed Project Management Plan with milestones and timelines, in collaboration with State’s Project Management Office 3. Requirements traceability, validation, and gap analysis based on vendor provided response to Requirements listed in Appendix B as part of the Vendor questionnaire indicating how to achieve requirement functionality (Out of the Box, Configurable, Customizable, with Third Party Tools etc.) 4. Solution Design and Development including configuration and customization to meet the State’s and relevant federal law, regulations, policy, and functional, non-functional, and technical requirements 5. Upgrades or replacement of existing case management, content management, Helpdesk Support systems and other auxiliary systems to meet the State’s requirements 6. Design, development, execution and testing of data conversion/migration from the existing system(s) to the new Solution 7. Design, development, testing, and implementation of updated interfaces (internal and external) with and all other systems exchanging data with current UI Systems 8. Develop or customize reports which are not present in the new Solution but needed for Operation of Business 9. Review existing KPIs in Appendix C to identify areas of opportunity for improvements 10. Reengineer Business Processes to improve current KPI values by enhancing workflows, increase process automation, data integrity, enhanced reporting and data analytics for faster and automated decision making
