Specifications include, but are not limited to: DCF is seeking to enter into a contract with one or more vendors to provide short-term, intensive, clinically focused services, primarily in the family’s home, or in another environment familiar to the family in order to increase children and youth’s connection to their family, the community, and the network of services. Theses services are to be statewide and respondents may apply to serve any of the following catchment areas, St. Albans, Burlington, St. Johnsbury, Brattleboro Barre, Newport, Rutland, Hartford, Springfield, Bennington, Morrisville, and Middlebury. Proposals should include how many youth can be served per region, district, county, or statewide as well as the number of Full Time Employees (FTEs) needed to serve that number of youth.
