Specifications include, but are not limited to: This CONTRACT is for operation and maintenance services for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (AUTHORITY/OWNER) owned Elevators and Escalators equipment, regardless of any pre-existing equipment condition, with the exception of Elevator 120 that has specific issues to be discussed with successful bidder. To ensure safe, consistent, and reliable operation, the SUCCESSFUL BIDDER shall furnish all required services including, but not limited to, labor, personnel, lubricants, tools, software and supplies needed to perform operational inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs (corrective maintenance), inspections, testing and emergency services, and provide standby services, as needed for an estimated 27 shows per year, as herein described and subject to all of the conditions outlined under this CONTRACT.
