Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking Proposals from qualified audit firms to perform an audit of its financial statements and conduct compliance audits in accordance with Federal OMB Uniform Guidance and New Mexico State Auditor Requirements as outlined by 2.2.2 NMAC Requirements for Contracting and Conducting Audits of Agencies dated 2022, and superseded by the requirements of 2023 when available. The entities to be audited are: The University of New Mexico, including four branch campuses and UNM Health Sciences, The University Hospital, The UNM Behavioral Health Operations (which are UNM Psychiatric Center and UNM Children’s Psychiatric Center), and eight component units. The component units (both blended and discrete) are: 1. The University of New Mexico Foundation, Inc. 2. Rainforest Innovations (formerly known as STC.UNM) 3. University of New Mexico Lobo Club 4.
