Specifications include, but are not limited to: Investigators are seeking a flow cytometry instrument for laboratory (not clinical) research purpose. Main scope of research is immune characterization by examining cell population frequency (e.g., % of CD8 T cells), expression of surface markers (e.g., CD44, CD86), and intracellular cytokines and markers (e.g., IFN-gamma, Foxp3) of samples obtained from cell culture (e.g., BMDC, cancer cells) and animals (e.g., rodent splenocytes, lymph nodes). Specific features investigators are seeking are described below • Employs a full emission spectrum analysis with high sensitivity (e.g., distinguish APC vs. AF647) • Have at least 3 excitation lasers (405/488/640 or equivalent) to detect commonly used fluorophores including but not limited to: FITC, 7AAD, PE, PE-Texas Red, PE-Cy5.5, PE-Cy7, APC, AF700, APC-Cy7, BV421, BV605, BV711, BV786) • Capability of running 20+ fluorophore markers in a single run which will be further analyzed for opt-SNE analysis • Plate Loader capable of loading 96 well plate • Offers onsite/online maintenance service • Hardware/software capabilities to minimize autofluorescence
