Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will include the construction of an estimated 17.4-acre multi-layer landfill baseliner system for the Phase VI Area 3-2 Landfill and associated building and utility demolition to be completed during the 2023-2024 calendar years. The major items to be provided for the Phase VI Area 3-2 work will include, but are not limited to: site preparation and demolition of three existing buildings and all associated utilities, baseliner subgrade preparation, multi-layer baseliner installation, construction of stormwater controls, primary and secondary leachate collection system, roadway construction, blasting of ledge, and earthwork which includes mass excavation and filling. Mobilization & Demobilization; Surveys and Record Drawings; Erosion Control; Disconnect and Demolition of Existing Tipping Building, Admin Building, and EcoDepot Building and Foundations and Appurtenances. Removal of all Underground and Aboveground Utilities, Fences, Fence Posts, Guardrails, Pavement, Concrete, and any Other Structures Located in the Limit of Work; Ledge Blasting; Boulder Blasting; Mass Excavation and Filling; Excavated Material to Stockpile
