Specifications include, but are not limited to: DWD seeks a provider who will collect and report new hire data and provide services to the employers via a call center and a website. The vendor will be responsible for compliance with the New Hire Reporting Program for DWD. The vendor will also provide reports to DWD and Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) to document its efforts. The goal of this RFP is for the vendor to collect and report new hire information. The selected vendor must comply with the Indiana Office of Technology Information Security Framework. Additionally, the selected vendor must agree that all hardware, software and services provided to or purchased by the State of Indiana shall be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the electronic and information technology accessibility standards adopted under Section 508 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 794d) and Indiana Code § 4-13.1-3.
