Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lebanon Public Works Department is seeking bids for milling and paving work on 10,000' of Poverty Lane. This work will consist of milling 7,000 LF x 22' (1.5" average depth) plus 3,000 LF x 22' (1" average depth); followed by 3/4" shim layer over the entire 10,000' plus 1.75" overlay on the 7000' section and 1.25" overlay on the 3,000' section. This will be followed up with shoulder backup of the pavement. Work will include shim and final overlays (NHDOT Section 401; 3/8 mix shim course and 1/2 Inch mix top course). An add option will be to shim (1/2" thick) and overlay (1" thick) a 1.0 mile of Stoney Brook Road located off of Exit 17. This work will be included if funding is available at the end of the 2022 calendar year city budget. The 1,000' +/- of Stoney Brook Road beyond the initial 1.0 miles will be considered in 2023 based on funding and the limits of the existing Right-of-Way.
