Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified organizations to increase the availability of evidence-based Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) for individuals with mental health conditions living in Vermont. The work will focus on the recruitment, training and support of WRAP facilitators, and the provision of supplemental wellness education activities to support successful community recovery for individuals with serious mental health conditions. The contractor will support communication and collaboration between participating agencies, practitioners, and the peer community. 2.2.1 The contractor will work with Vermont’s designated mental health agencies (DAs) and other community organizations including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC’s) to support successful implementation of local WRAP workshops throughout the state. 2.2.2 The contractor will provide education and technical assistance to community agencies on how to develop and support a program model that best fits the needs of their organization and the people they serve, while maintaining fidelity to the evidence-based practice. 2.2.3 The contractor will work with local community agencies and peer organizations to identify, recruit, train, and support individuals with lived experience to work as WRAP facilitators and wellness educators.
