Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Dover, New Hampshire is requesting quotes for hourly rates for Surveying Services as needed and/or requested by various City Departments. The intent of this bid is to identify three (3) qualified surveying companies for possible future use by the City on various projects over a one (1) year period of time. Using the rates quoted, only these three (3) companies will be contacted when a surveying need arises to provide a quote based on a specific scope of services provided by the department requesting the work to be done. The company providing the low quote at that time will most likely be selected to undertake the surveying job unless there are other pertinent factors involved (i.e., timeliness of response, manpower availability, etc.) A NH registered, professional land surveyor shall be responsible for all work performed. Vendor shall also hold professional / error and omissions insurance coverage.
