Specifications include, but are not limited to: This procurement shall consist of purchasing new, portable, trailer-mounted dynamic message sign(s) (DMS) including, wireless communications equipment, hardware, software, integration, training, technical assistance and warranty information needed to operate and maintain the portable changeable message sign unit(s) (PCMS). 2.1.1 The sign shall be full matrix LED, capable of displaying variable height text with varying fonts, and graphic messages. 2.1.2 The sign board size requirements are as follows: large sign boards (width 136 inches +/- 5 inches) capable of displaying 3 lines of 18-inch-high letters with 8 characters per line; medium sign boards (width 96 inches +/- 4 inches) capable of displaying 3 lines of 12-inch-high letters with 8 characters per line. 2.1.3 The sign shall be capable of both wireless and wired communications. 2.1.4 The sign shall be capable of running from solar DC and AC power.
