Specifications include, but are not limited to: : The "Project" of which the "work" of the contract is a part titled Tee Pee Lane and Patrick Lane Neighborhood Park: and is located at the intersection of W. Patrick Lane and S. Tee Pee Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada 89148. The "work" is described in the project drawings and divisions 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. The work consists of constructing a new ten-acre park complete with two new lighted tennis courts, four lighted dog parks, lighted playground with shade shelter, water play feature, precast restroom building, four lighted group picnic shelters, four lighted single picnic shelters, benches, tables and barbecues, custom shade shelters, fencing, gabion walls, precast and limestone seat walls, turf, native and ornamental landscaping, drip and turf irrigation complete with pump station, asphalt parking lot, concrete pavements, trash and equipment enclosures, lighted monument and park signage, and other improvements identified in these documents.
