Specifications include, but are not limited to: the cleanup of the debris from the following structure which is located as follows: 1718 E. Oak. The structure is legally described as: C-15-CAMERONS ADD-SUB DIV ORIG BLK 5, LOTS 4 & 5 BLK 4, PARCEL #006-119-29-0-10-11-006.00-0. All building materials are to be removed including footings and patios. Any basements, under structure, or accessory structure must be filled with compacted compatible soil. Furnish acceptable fill material (black dirt) to leave lot with proper slope for water runoff and mowable condition. Lot shall be seeded for grass to be able to grow. All utilities must be properly disconnected prior to demolition per City requirements. Work should be completed within 20 days from acceptance of bid. Contractor will bring in all landfill receipts from the Bourbon County Landfill to the Codes Manager to ensure payment.
