Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The work consists of HVAC upgrades and Commissioning. Demolish and replace existing DX split system air handlers and existing ceiling grid, existing acoustic ceiling panels, existing furred out conditions around unit ventilators, including gypsum board, associated framed-out area. Demolish and replace existing DX condensing units and refrigerant piping. Install new ceiling grid, new acoustic ceiling panels, new replacement conditions as noted, including any framing and gypsum board. 2. Replace all R-22 equipment and associated refrigerant piping and condensate drain piping. 3. Replace all associated electrical branch conduit, conductors and disconnects. 4. Replace exterior electrical service panels 5. The mechanical mezzanines are platform ‘catwalks” centrally located between the classrooms. Mezzanine access ladders are located in the Janitors closets, access is limited – strategic ceiling removal will be required for equipment removal and replacement. The corridors are fire barrier envelopes. Space above the corridor ceiling is limited, work in the corridor should be minimized. 6. Ceiling mounted devices: Blue light, Fire Alarm Audio Visuals, Cameras, PA speakers, Projectors, and HVAC ceiling tags to be re-used. 7. Replace ceiling tiles throughout the campus. Selected grid replacement will be required in the common areas. 8. Replace existing T-series light fixtures with LED type fixtures.
