Specifications include, but are not limited to: San Juan County is seeking proposals for on-call trail design, permitting, and construction/maintenance from aqualified engineering firm to design, construct, and maintain Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) and Mountain Bike (MTB) trail improvements located on public lands in San Juan County. The selected vendor(s) will show experience in the designand construction of both motorized and non-motorized trail systems. The project team will have specific expertise in permitting trail systems or similar linear projects in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other state/local regulations. The County reserves the option to renew the agreement for an additional 3 one-year terms. The goal of this procurement is to establish a time and materials price agreement for work to be performed on an as needed basis.
