Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Sparks desires to support the operations of nonprofits that provide shelter and supportive services to homeless youth in Washoe County. The City has made available $72,945 for this purpose. The selected proposer will be responsible for providing shelter and related services to eligible homeless and at-risk youth. The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced by the successful firm(s) after all executed subrecipient documents have been submitted and after being notified to proceed by the City of Sparks. Pursuant to NRS 332.065 any Contract entered into under NRS Chapter 332 in which the estimated annual dollar amount exceeds $50,000 will require written certification that the bidder is not, and will not be, engaged in a Boycott of Israel throughout the duration of the Contract
