Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Sites of Work are five locations within Las Vegas Valley Water District easements and City of Las Vegas and Clark County rights-of-way. The locations are: 1) 660 Martin Luther King Boulevard, 2) 867 North Lamb Boulevard, 3) 1200 North Lamb Boulevard, 4) 4505 East Desert Inn Road, and 5) 764 East Twain Avenue. The Work consists of the reconstruction of five underground reinforced concrete meter vaults including the installation of new aboveground backflow devices, where applicable. A new below ground meter vault assembly will be constructed at one of the sites. New aboveground meter assemblies with backflow assemblies within an aboveground insulated enclosure will be constructed at four of the Sites.
