Specifications include, but are not limited to: THE WEST VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, DIVISION OF TEACHING AND LEARNING IS SOLICITING BIDS FOR WEST VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (WVDE), OFFICE OF MIDDLE & SECONDARY LEARNING IS SOLICITING BIDS FOR WEST VIRGINIA STATE SOCIAL STUDIES FAIR PROJECT MANAGER; FAIR IS SCHEDULED FOR EARLY SPRING 2023; 4.1.5.1 Obtain a help desk email address for all correspondence. 4.1.5.1.1 Manage, review and answer all emails sent through help email. 4.1.5.1.2 Responsible for all communication and technical support required by parents, students, teachers, administrators, and county and regional coordinators throughout the school year. 4.1.5.2 Recruit, register and assign judges for all categories and divisions of the West Virginia State Social Studies Fair. 4.1.5.3 Be present for all state-wide webinars and conference calls concerning the West Virginia State Social Studies Fair. 4.1.5.4 Be available to attend all 8 regional Social Studies Fairs; dates will be confirmed in January of each year. 4.1.5.5 Be present at state fair to assist with setup and troubleshooting, (Thursday and Friday in April). 4.1.5.6 Responsible for the judges' orientation on the morning of the West Virginia State Social Studies Fair. 4.1.5.7 Meet weekly with the State Social Studies Fair Coordinator for six weeks prior to the West Virginia State Social Studies Fair.
