Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Acquisitions and Contract Administration Section of the Purchasing Division is soliciting Expression(s) of Interest for Division of Natural Resources, from qualified firms to provide architectural/engineering services. PROJECT: The purpose of the project for which bids are being solicited is to provide necessary engineering, and other related professional services to design, specify and provide construction contract administration services for the construction of new mountain bike trails at Cacapon Resort State Park in Morgan County, West Virginia. This project phase will be new and add approximately 35 miles of diverse shared-use and mountain bike specific trails.
