Specifications include, but are not limited to: the purpose of this request is to encourage firms engaged in lawful practice of professional services to submit an annual statement of qualifications and performance data to the City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, as described hereinafter. These professional services include legal, architectural, engineering, construction management, pavement management auditing/accounting, consulting, also including but not limited to medical services, medical and pharmaceutical consulting services, ambulance services, appraisal services, real estate procurement services, geotechnical investigations, traffic studies, environmental studies and mitigation services, records retention consulting, graphic design, interior design, grant writing services, training services, project management services, code development services, landscape architecture, land planning services, and communications consulting. The City is interested in receiving statements from firms with both comprehensive and/or specialized expertise.
