Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform design and plan development work necessary to produce construction contract documents for the I-69 Northbound and Southbound Crane Rest Areas and the I-69 Northbound Martinsville Truck Parking Facility including the following services: engineering assessment, environmental documentation, geotechnical engineering, design, and plan development (including building design, parking design, stormwater design, drinking water design, wastewater design, landscaping, and signing and lighting design), topographic survey, permits, utility coordination, waterline extension, and construction phase services. Additional services may also be required, such as right-of-way plan development, (including R/W engineering, title research, and staking), pavement design, and real estate acquisition services.
