All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: This item includes Construction Contract B-44507. The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will provide Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Geotechnical Services, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis, Design and Plan Development, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, and Pavement Design. Right of Way Plan Development is not anticipated, but will be added if needed. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
