All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Road Design, Pavement Design, Sign Design, Lighting Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design as needed, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Bridge Rehabilitation Design, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, Right of way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking), and Title Research.
