Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is to obtain competitive submissions from qualified vendors who can design, furnish, deliver, install and provide warranty service for a public safety grade voice logging recording solution. The Minot Police Department (Owner) operates the Minot Central Public Safety Answering Point which serves as the primary PSAP for Minot and Ward County. The City of Minot is currently renovating a building located at 15 2nd Ave SW in downtown Minot as a part of a City Hall and PSAP relocation project. The new voice logging recorder will be installed at this new location to support an expanded operation with six (6) operator positions. The proposed solution must be compatible to record both analog and IP based communications protocols and shall have a capacity of 56 channels. Further, the proposal must clearly describe what types of ongoing upgrades will be required to maintain such compatibility and eventual full compliance with NG9-1-services. Those NG9-1-1 services include non-voice emergency calls such as text messages, photos, and video from citizens. The system must be equipped to record up to 48 channels as follows: -12 Analog RF Inputs -1 Motorola AIS Interface *20 talk groups -6 Analog 911 Position Inputs -6 Analog Radio Position Inputs -Priority Dispatch AQUA Interface -911 Serial Data Interface -4 Future Spare IP Inputs
