Specifications include, but are not limited to: To remove all existing E.P.D. products, furnish and install: Two (2) Hydraulically Operated, Interior Mounted, Model 46 (Flat Sheeted), Four-Fold Doors to replace the existing approximately 28’-0” wide by 15’-4” high. Preliminary: Complete removal of all existing E.P.D. doors and components, disposal, and area precleaning included. Shop drawings 2 weeks after executed purchase orders. Installation: Two (2) Hydraulically Operated, Interior Mounted, Model 46 (Flat Sheeted), Four Fold Doors to replace the existing approximately 28’-0” wide by 15’-4” high. Perform all field reconnections, High and Low voltage, steel, and opening repairs. Materials: Door panels will be constructed using ASTM A513 and/or ASTM A500 Grade "B" square or rectangular steel tubing for the perimeter and internal framing, insulated with semi-rigid fiberglass and sheeted on both sides with 14 gauge hot rolled ASTM A1011 flat steel. All exposed seams of the door panels sheeting shall be caulked with polyurethane adhesive sealant after fabrication and prior to prime painting. Include all necessary hardware, Two (2) jamb mounted hydraulic cylinder actuators per jamb, Hydraulic power packs (5 HP electric motors, pumps, reservoirs, and control manifolds), Lockable pump enclosures Tubing, hoses, and fittings to mount within 6’ of the openings Pre-wired NEMA 4 control panels Interlocks One (1) NEMA 4 Three (3) button keyed pushbutton station per opening Two (2) photo eyes per opening Limit switches Door position switches Reversing edges Top guide tracks and brackets Guide rollers Strap type folding and jamb hinges with Timken bearings Continuous 7/8" jamb hinge pintles Jamb hinge support brackets Vertical metal joint astragals Weatherstrip
