PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND UWM is seeking a qualified Bidder to provide fixed-wing service to ALNW for its Air Medical transport program in SE Alaska, On Demand Services and UWM Organ Procurement transport program. Services provided shall include the use of Aircraft, pilots, mechanics and flight dispatchers under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 135 regulations. D. OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE OF WORK ALNW is seeking a Bidder for Primary fixed-wing Air Ambulance Service supporting ALNW’s Air-Medical transport program for its base in Southeast AK. This support program will include other services for ALNW, including but not limited to, the following: i. On Demand Medically Configured Charter Transport Service. ii. On Demand Organ Procurement and Transport Service. iii. On Demand Pediatric/Specialty Care Transport Service. ALNW is soliciting proposals for a Fixed-wing Air Medical Provider of SE Alaska including On-Demand Services for the following: Medically Configured Charter Services, Organ Procurement and Transport, and Pediatric/Specialty Care Transport. Proposals shall include multiple Aircraft scenarios which include all management, maintenance, hangaring, support and pilot staffing for ALNW’s air medical transport program.
